PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite nonwoven fabric for a sanitary mask, collecting droplets containing pollens, dust and/or viruses in high collection efficiency with a low pressure drop, and having high shape retention in wearing to apply comfortable feeling; and to provide a method for producing the nonwoven fabric.;SOLUTION: There are provided the method for producing the composite nonwoven fabric for the sanitary mask having continuous lamination of a web (A) obtained by spinning a polyolefin or polyester staple fiber in a form of a sheet by a carding machine and a melt-blow nonwoven fabric (B) made of a polypropylene and bonding and integrating both layers by a thermal embossing roll; the method for producing the composite nonwoven fabric for the sanitary mask including insertion of the melt blow nonwoven fabric (B) made of a polypropylene between the webs (A) and (A') obtained by spinning the polyolefin staple fiber in a form of a sheet by a carding machine, continuously laminating these three layers and bonding and integrating these three layers by a thermal embossing roll; or the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
