PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an asymmetrically catalyzed Michael reaction product capable of obtaining a corresponding Michael reaction product from an electron deficient alkene with acetaldehyde in a high asymmetric yield, and further, a method for producing a pharmaceutical compound by utilizing such the asymmetrically catalyzed Michael reaction product.;SOLUTION: This method for producing the asymmetrically catalyzed Michael reaction product is characterized by obtaining the Michael addition substance or its enantiomer by reacting the prescribed electron deficient alkene with acetaldehyde in the presence of an asymmetric catalyst or its enantiomer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
