PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a possibility for information embedded in broadcast material to be detected.;SOLUTION: An information embedding device 100 produces embedding broadcast material by embedding electronic watermark information corresponding to a plurality of attribute information items regarding the broadcast material at positions different for each image in images corresponding to the broadcast material.
