PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for preventing the lowering of bromhexine hydrochloride content and provide a stable solid preparation containing bromhexine hydrochloride.;SOLUTION: It has been known that bromhexine hydrochloride in solid preparations is liable to dissipate, however, the lowering of bromhexine hydrochloride content in a solid preparation can be prevented by compounding a sugar alcohol and pullulan and/or a cellulose derivative to a solid preparation containing bromhexine hydrochloride. A new method for preventing the lowering of bromhexine hydrochloride content and a solid preparation containing bromhexine hydrochloride and stable over a long period can be obtained based on the finding.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
