PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for a road surface by which the road surface can be utilized as an advertising medium.SOLUTION: A substrate 14 whose rear surface has an adhesive layer is prepared and an image of a previously prepared advertising display 100 is printed on a surface of the substrate 14. Then, an outer edge of the substrate 14 on which the advertising display 100 is printed is cut to complete a road surface advertising sheet 1. The road surface advertising sheet 1 is brought to an advertising installation site and stuck to a road surface to which primer is applied. Pasting of the road surface advertising sheet 1 is performed by pressing the road surface advertising sheet 1 by using a rubber hammer, or the like until irregularity of the road surface appears on a surface of the road surface advertising sheet 1.
