PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply achieve the removal of a protective tube from an electric wire.;SOLUTION: A diverged region 18 is formed by inserting one operation part 102a of an insulating piler 101 into a dividing part 16 of one end side of the protective tube 12 and by diverging the dividing part 16, and the protective tube 12 is gripped by the insulating piler 101 as it is. After the diverged region 18 is brought into contact with an upper surface position of an electric wire 11, the electric wire 11 is inserted inside the protective tube 12 from the diverged region 18 by hooking a hook 251 of the tip of an insulating operation rod 201 to an upper surface position of the protective tube 12 and then pulling it down at a position adjacent to the diverged region 18. While pulling down the hook 251, one operation part 102a is slid in the dividing part 16 to dislocate the diverged region 18, and the hook 251 is hooked to the upper surface position of the protective tube 12 and pulled down at the position adjacent to the dislocated diverged region 18, so that operation for further inserting the electric wire 11 inside the protective tube 12 from the diverged region 18 is repeatedly performed for a plurality of times, and the protection tube 12 is attached to the electric wire 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
