PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin multilayer reinforced sheet material having excellent kinetic properties and draping properties, which includes a thermoplastic resin excellent in recyclability and impact resistant characteristic arranged as a matrix, a method for manufacturing efficiently the thermoplastic resin multilayer reinforced sheet material, and a thermoplastic resin multilayer reinforced mold article using the thermoplastic resin multilayer reinforced sheet material, in which a high quality performance and the kinetic properties are maintained. PSOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin multilayer reinforcing sheet material 1 is formed by a laminating of thermoplastic resin reinforced sheet materials 21-24 constituted by a reinforcing fiber sheet material 3, in which a plurality of reinforcing fibers 3f is aligned in a predetermined direction and formed in a sheet form, and a thermoplastic resin sheet material 4 attached on one side of the reinforcing fiber sheet material 3, and is integrated by stitching together with thermoplastic resin fiber bundles 5 for integrating, the material of which is the same as the thermoplastic resin sheet material 4.
