PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate configuration definition information necessary for monitoring the operating state of IT service.;SOLUTION: Before a series of processes including a process corresponding to an application for providing the IT service in one of the respective servers are started, process information under operation on a server is acquired from each of the respective servers, pieces of the process information are acquired several times from the execution start to the end of the series of processes. Then, process information corresponding to process information before the series of processes are started is removed from among the pieces of process information under execution of the series of processes to specify process information when a series of processes are executed including a process corresponding to the application, a process name and identification information on a server by which the process is executed are extracted from the specified process information, and the configuration definition information is generated by associating the extracted process name with the identification information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
