By measuring the labeled anti-human immunoglobulin antibody immune complex with Ku86 antigen autoantibodies reacting with Ku86 antigen as a reagent, autoantibodies against Ku86 in the sample, generating and measuring the autoantibody it can be possible to determine the primary hepatocellular carcinoma thereby.
