PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulator composition permitting good works of execution even under low temperature circumstances, excelling in dimension stability and giving sufficient adhesion, to provide a polyurethane foam heat insulator executed with the heat insulator composition, and to provide a method for executing heat insulation. PSOLUTION: Provided is a two-component heat insulator composition which is composed at least of a first liquid containing a polyol component and a second liquid containing an isocyanate component and which is sprayed on the surface to undergo the work of execution after the first and second liquids are mixed or discharged on the surface to accept the work of execution after the mixing and the concurrent mingling of the air and allowed to foam and cure to form the foam polyurethane heat insulator.
