Resinoid superabrasive grinding wheel for the plateau surface processing

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resinoid super abrasive grain grinding wheel for a plateau surface which can grind the plateau surface with high efficiency.;SOLUTION: Since the grinding wheel 10 has a grindstone part 16 with a porosity of 10 to 60 vol.% and a modulus of elasticity of 2 to 15 GPa, super abrasive grains are combined together with a suitable softness, and pores are formed at a suitable rate. Thus, by using a grinding method similar to an ordinary grinding wheel for grinding on an outer peripheral surface, deep oil grooves g and flat plateau surface parts p are simultaneously and efficiently formed with good accuracy in an enlarged section of a surface of a material 28 to be ground as shown in Fig.5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
