The information distribution system in the enterprise

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution system of information in a company which can be used in management by quickly and properly responding to social changes by means of utilizing a variety of information, proposals and improvement plans which are obtained by all staff members, and by means of effectively managing either information that is submitted or not submitted to an executive and enabling the use of it for all the staff members.;SOLUTION: The system is characterized in that: the volume of staff information submitted by all the staff members every day is limited within a predetermined volume; the submitted information is selected and weighted; only the selected staff information is submitted to the executive and the staff information which is not submitted is stored in a database; and by paying attention to that executive instructions are fed back to the staff members, by arranging a staff terminal 2, a management terminal 3, a control server 4 and a database server 5 by storing the staff information in the database server 5, and by submitting the staff information weighted of submitted information to the executive, the executive instructions which the executive instructs the staff are outputted to the staff terminal 2 with respect to the staff information that is useful for the executive's management among the submitted staff information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
