PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent errors in a message transmission address, while dipensing with a keyword to be registered, in advance, without having to load a load on a transmitting person.;SOLUTION: An address-detecting unit 22 determines the consistency of an address detected from the text of a received electronic mail, with an address retrieved from a message accumulation unit 26 corresponding to the address to be transmitted of the electronic mail, and confirms the propriety of transmission to a supervisor terminal 3, when there is no consistency. A mail text check unit 23 classifies the electronic mail of which the address to be transmitted is matched with that of the received electronic mail, into a correct category, and unmatched one into an error category, as to the electronic mail stored in the message accumulation unit 26, calculates an error probability of each word belonging to the error category, by using an appearance frequency of the word in the correct category and an appearance frequency of the word in the error category, and inquires conformation on the propriety of transmission, to the supervisor terminal 3, when the error probability corresponding to the word included in the received electronic mail is a defined value or more.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
