PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment implement for an endoscope which imparts a desired degree of resistance to rotary movement of a distal treatment member and maintains the degree of resistance without deterioration.;SOLUTION: A wire position regulating member 5 having a set shape-holding property and arranged and fixed within a flexible sheath 1 has a wire passing hole 6 through which an operation wire 3 passes loosely. Because the front and rear ends of the wire passing hole 6 deflect relatively in the diameter direction, deformation resistance of the operation wire 3 works within the wire passing hole 6 in response to rotary movement of the distal treatment member 2 around the axis.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
