PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable member hardly abraded by corrosion and having cryogenic durability used as a heat transfer tube or as a heat transfer tube and a lower header pipe of an open rack type vaporizer, and to provide the open rack type vaporizer using the same.;SOLUTION: The durable member used as the heat transfer tube 20 or as the heat transfer tube 20 and the lower header tube of the open rack type vaporizer includes a tubular base material 21 formed of metal, a sacrificial anticorrosion metal layer 22 covering a portion or the entire surface of the base material 21, and a conductive resin layer 23 for covering at least both portions of a low temperature portion 22a whose temperature reaches a seawater solidification temperature or lower and a high temperature portion 22b whose temperature is not lowered to the seawater solidification temperature during the operation of the open rack type vaporizer on the surface of the sacrificial anticorrosion metal layer 22.
