PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional coordinate measuring apparatus and program, which stably finds a three-dimensional coordinate of an object. PSOLUTION: The three-dimensional coordinate measuring apparatus includes: an input means for inputting specific image data composed of unit image data corresponding to each unit lens by being obtained to be imaged by an outside imaging device provided with a main lens and a compound-eye lens comprising a plurality of unit lenses; a generation means for generating images from the specific image data in every virtual imaging distance by changing the virtual imaging distance being a distance between a virtual imaging face imaging the whole or a part of the images due to the main lens and a principal point of the imaging device; a detection means for detecting a region coming into a focus from each generated image; a calculation means for calculating the distance between the objects reflected on each detected region and the principal point of the imaging device, based on each virtual imaging distance; and a determination means for determining the three-dimensional coordinate of each object, based on the calculated distance.
