PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily configure a data-driven semiconductor device having a functional element array.;SOLUTION: A tree-type diversion path 20A and a tree-type merging path 40A are arranged via a memory line array 30A that is integrally disposed. For an arbitrary one line of a memory line array 30, a packet including a destination address and a system value is supplied to one of inlet nodes 211 to 214 (system values 1 to 4) of the tree-type diversion path 20A, and a packet corresponding thereto is extracted from exit nodes 461A to 464A corresponding to the inlet nodes 211 to 214 of the tree-type merging path 40A. Four systems share nodes of fourth to sixth stages at which passage widths in the diversion path 20B are comparatively wide and of first to fourth stages at which passage widths of the merging path 40B are comparatively wide.
