PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion composition for paint, forming a coating film having natural leather-like touch feeling, and excellent in physical property balance. PSOLUTION: The aqueous polyurethane dispersion A is a reaction product obtained by reaction of components (a)-(c), and a terminal group of a polyurethane main chain thereof is an OH group, in this manufacturing method for the aqueous polyurethane dispersion of the present invention, where (a) represents an organic polyisocyanate compound containing two or more of isocyanate groups in one molecule, (b) represents an aliphatic polycarbonate diol comprising a repetition unit of 1,4-butane diol (1) and 1,6-butane diol (2), having a ratio of (1) to (2) within a range of 80/20-20/80 (molar ratio), and having the terminal group of hydroxy group, and (c) represents a polyol containing a carboxy group and/or sulfone group, or a salt thereof. The aqueous dispersion composition of the present invention for the soft feel paint contains the aqueous polyurethane dispersion A and an aqueous polyisocyanate dispersion B.
