PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SBC (Session Border Controller) device for reliably connecting an emergency call even when the SBC device has reached the maximum number of sessions and reducing influences on services then.;SOLUTION: An IP telephone communication system includes the SBC device (1) placed at an access edge of a network and an SIP (Session Initiate Control) server (2) for identifying a priority class/general class of general calls. When an emergency calls occurs in the state that the SBC device (1) has reached the maximum number of sessions, the SBC device (1) links the SIP server (2), disconnects general calls of the general class where a connection has already been established, and secures a session for emergency call.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
