PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve throughput and reduce cost for development and maintenance of a system including an IP connection device, a call process device, and a packet transfer device, by separating a control system from a transfer system in a common carrier network for ISDN packet communication service.;SOLUTION: An IP communication system includes: an IP connection device 10 which receives data from a terminal 40 and extracts a frame, a call process device 30 which establishes a call and releases it, and a packet transfer device 20 for packet transfer. The IP connection device 10 is connected to the terminal 40. The IP connection device 10, the call process device 30, and the packet transfer device 20 are interconnected on the IP network. The packet transfer device 20 is connected to the other packet transfer device 2n on the IP network. The IP connection device 10, the call process device 30, and the packet transfer device 20 each include an IP interface part for specifying an IP address of a recipient device from a contractor line number and a subscriber line channel related to data, to transmit data among the devices.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
