PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-inflammatory composition and a health cosmetic composition having anti-inflammatory action containing an extract from sword bean sheaths. PSOLUTION: The anti-inflammatory composition comprises the extract extracted from raw sheaths of sword bean as a main ingredient. The health cosmetic composition having anti-inflammatory action comprises the extract extracted from raw sheaths of sword bean as a main ingredient.
