The present invention improves upon previous advances in medication dispensing with an adjustable blister card package that delivers a custom patient schedule of medication based on a timing of a particular future event. The individual components of short term, complex medication regimens may be adjacent to indicator apertures which populate with times once a user selects the time of the future event using an adjustable time selector. The invention contemplated herein may result in improved patient compliance, improved patient satisfaction, improved patient safety, improved communication between health care providers and a decrease in medication error rates.
