Embodiments of the invention include systems and methods for accelerating or improving the success rate of a behavior change in an organization, group or community. In an embodiment, the invention includes a method for accelerating or improving the success rate of a behavior change, the method including gathering primary and secondary relationship data of an informal network of individuals and behavior change constructs for a plurality of individuals within the informal network of individuals; performing social network analysis of the informal network; and performing statistical perception analysis of the individuals within the informal network. In an embodiment, the invention includes a system for accelerating or improving the success rate of a behavior change initiative in an organization, group or community.
