miRNA FINGERPRINT IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF WILMS' TUMOUR

摘要

MicroRNAs (miRNA) is newly discovered a kind of non-coding tiny RNA s (17-14 nucleotide). Due to their gene expressions as regulator, they play crucial effect, both in physiology and pathologic process, such as cancer. The present invention provides a kind of health status of novel method to diagnose based on determining expressions of that specific miRNAs with change at different conditions, such as disease state is compared to normal healthy controls.
