This is a process which comprises the steps of: harvesting of Green Leaves (Task), subjected to a Treatment of Cell rupture by Vaporization of water within the cells, called zapecado, dried and then chopped, Parking, grinding, Classification And packaged for shipment.The novelty lies in that the zapecado stage is performed by exposure of Leaves Of Grass In a medium comprising the combination of Fluids with Natural Elements suitable for human consumption at temperatures between 60 degrees and efficiency during a time of 3 500 seconds.The Fluid used for the Heat Exchange may be combined with Natural Water Infusions, at temperatures between 80 C and 100C or Hot Air temperatures between 200u00baC and 350u00baC approximately. Also, the Fluid may be combined with elements such as Cinnamon, Sugar, fruit juices, citronella, etc.In both the gaseous environment may be created with water vapor and carbon dioxide in air
