The immunofluorescent method for simultaneous determination of the concentration of several different antigenes on the basis of magnetic nanoparticles is developed for the simultaneous analysis of several components (antigenes) in a liquid sample of foods, biological liquids, waters, soil extracts, etc. Several kinds of lyophilized immobilized antibodies or receptors on modified magnetic nanoparticles get combined with the corresponding antigenes from the liquid under study. Also added are marked with fluorescent dyes identical antigenes. The magnetic nanoparticles, combined with the marked conjugates, are being separated on the bottom of the pan by an applied external magnetic field. The concentrated marked conjugates are being excited by the radiation of several laser or LED sources with the appropriate excitation wave-lengths corresponding to the excitation frequencies of the various fluorescent dyes related to the conjugates. The emitted light is optically treated and is filteredby interference thin-film striped filters. The filtered monochromatic light fluxes hit upon sensitive photodiodes or another type of highly sensitive photo detecting elements. The signals are processes by a specialized computer system.
