FORMULATION FOR POLYMINARY FOAM CELLULAR FOAM POLYMERIC PRODUCT, POLYMINARY FOAM POLYMERIC FOAM POLYMERIC PRODUCT, PROCESS FOR PREPARING A CELLULAR AND CELLULAR SPRAY, CELLULAR AND CELLULAR FOAM POLYMERIC PRODUCT. Formulations for polyvinyl chloride-based cellular foamed polymeric product, comprising: a polyvinyl chloride homopolymer having a K-value from 60 to 85 and an aqueous extract pH value ranging from 8 to 12; at least one isocyanate selected from modified diphenylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate and modified diphenylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate isomers and homologues and mixtures thereof; at least one anhydride selected from the group of succinium anhydride, tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, 4-methylhexophthalic anhydride, cyclohexane-1,2-dicarboxylic anhydride, methyl endomethylene tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, dodecenyl succinyl anhydride, trimellitic anhydride and mixtures thereof; at least one surfactant; at least one foaming agent.
