SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FULL AND PARTIAL DENTURES.  A system for manufacturing at least a portion of a denture is presented.  The system includes a three-dimensional scanning device for scanning a surface of a denture holder, and a computer readable medium including a computer program for receiving data from the scanning device, creating a three-dimensional model of the surface, and optionally by modifying the three-dimensional model and / or adding features to the three-dimensional model.  The system also included a fabrication device for creating at least the denture portion of a chosen material based on the three-dimensional model.  The fabricating device may be a device including a lathe, or a rapid prototyping machine.  Also disclosed is a method for manufacturing at least a portion of a denture.
