ANIMALIS LACTIS GROWTH AND / OR METABOLISM STIMULATING PROCESS ON MILK SUBSTRATE. The present application relates to an inoculum that is especially suited to direct seeding of at least one strain of Bifidobacterium animal ssp. lactis in a milk substrate for the transformation of this milk substrate into a fermented milk product.
