PROCESS AND APARTMENT FOR PREPARATION OF ACRYLIC ACID AND USE OF THE SAME, PROCESS AND APARTMENT FOR PRODUCTION OF A POLYMER, WATER-ABSORBING POLYMERIC STRUCTURES, COMPOSITE AND PROCESS FOR PREPARATION OF HYDESIS, FIBERAL ARTISH, ARTISH, ARTISH OR LEATHER, FLAKES, COVERINGS OR VARNISHES. The present invention relates to an acrylic acid production process involving at least the following steps: (a) glycerin dehydration to an acrolein-containing dehydration product; (b) gas phase oxidation of the dehydration product to obtain a gas monomer containing acrylic acid; (c) promoting contact between the gaseous monomer with a refrigerant to obtain a cooled phase containing acrylic acid; (d) preparing a cooled phase to obtain a monomeric phase containing acrylic acid; where, during dehydration, a liquid phase a1 and a gas phase a2 are present, and in the liquid phase a1 a plurality of gas bubbles are generated, as well as a process for polymer production by acrylic acid polymerization, preferably for the production of water-absorbent polymers, water-absorbent polymers obtainable by this process, a composite, a process for producing a composite, the composite obtainable by that process, and additional chemical compounds.
