MICRO-SLING AND IMPLANTATION TOOL FOR TREATMENT OF URINARY INCONTINENCE AND FECAL INCONTINENCE. The sling for treating urinary and fecal incontinence comprises a middle portion 2, at least two attachment tails 3 provided with an anchoring means and comprising an enlarged portion 7 attached to the middle portion 2, and a final portion 4 includes a means connection 5 pluggable to a tool. At least one fixation tail 3 and a self-locking tail including self-anchoring means 30,31,32,33. The two elongated parts are flat and the end parts are axially detachable from the tool. The elongated olana portion of the self-anchoring tail comprises flat self-anchoring means.
