SUBMARINE WELL HEAD ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING AN SUBMARINE WELL HEAD ASSEMBLY. An underwater wellhead assembly includes a one-hole housing. A hanger is lowered into the housing, the hanger having at least one centering finger with a hook to engage a hook corresponding to an activation ring carried by the hanger by means of a shear pin. A load ring is loaded on the hanger and initially supported within a recess formed outside the hanger. At the correct depth within the housing, which coincides with a shoulder on the inside diameter of the housing, the pin is sheared under the weight of the casing and the hooks disengage to allow the load ring on the hanger to slide out and create a trajectory to that the load of the liner is transferred from the hanger to the hanger load ring, to a housing load ring and finally to the housing.
