STABLE AND LARGE-SCALE HUMAN FVIII HUMAN LINE PRODUCTION SK-HEP-1. The present invention relates to: 1) the production method of recombinant FVIII in human cell Sk-Hep-1, comprising von Willebrand factor (vWF) and 2) the human cell population transduced with a protein-encoding vector Coagulation (FVIII). The technique, object of this patent application, is for culturing suspended and adhering human cells and isolating the culture medium containing the desired protein.
