STABLE AND LARGE-SCALE HUMAN FVIII HUMAN LINE PRODUCTION SK-HEP-1. The present invention relates to: 1) the production method of recombinant FVIII in human cell Sk-Hep-1, comprising von Willebrand factor (vWF) and 2) the human cell population transduced with a protein-encoding vector Coagulation (FVIII). The technique, object of this patent application, is for culturing suspended and adhering human cells and isolating the culture medium containing the desired protein. The aim of the invention is to obtain a safer (free from possible human viruses), cheaper, more stable and process-based product that obtains sufficient quantities on an industrial scale to meet national demand.
