Process of synthesis of antioxidant obtained from liquid of chestnut shell of cashew nuts for eletru00e0lise. The present invention relates to the synthesis process of antioxidant obtained from the liquid in the shell of cashew nuts by electrolysis.The synthesis was carried out by a procedure in 4 stages: (a) pretreatment of LCC; (b) synthesis by electrolysis in an electrolytic tank of single compartment, with the two electrodes using a voltage source and with a potential controlled; (E) recovery of the alcohol in excess.Used as the solvent of the LCC to dilute the product in Cuba; (d) washing the antioxidant for removal of undesirable products and carry out the pH correction. The final product may be employed in the Biodiesei diluted in toluene or without dilution to function as an antioxidant in concentrau00e7u00f5e S that can range from 0.005 to 5 g per litre.
