The invention provides a program for preparing active pharmaceutical ingredients, which includes (a) a particle center composed of active particles bonded to the binder and (b) a layer of a bonding center composed of fatty groups. The invention also relates to the composition of the principle of drug activity which can be obtained according to the above procedure.
