Its use underlay wedge (3) of extruded polystyrene as a structural element under the grid system of outdoor terraces on flat roofs with slope is realized so that they are created underlay wedges (3) exactly according to the inclination of existing roof structure (5). The width of base of the wedge (3) is designed according to the width of the base of the prism (4) and the length of base wedge (3) corresponds to the standard size boards extruded polystyrene. Underlay wedges (3) are placed in the axes of prisms (4) at given distances directly on a roof cladding (5). Underlay wedges (3) are then placed on the axes of the base beams (4), which are then provided with additional structural elements terraces, which ensures at the same time the relative position of prisms (4) between them.
