The tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride monomer and the diamine monomer are subjected to polycondensation in a highly polar solvent reaction medium in mechanical agitation to form an amide carboxylic acid copolymer solution; the amidecarboxylic acid copolymer solution is electrostatically spun in a high voltage electrical field to form a nanofiber nonwoven fabric from an amide carboxylic acid copolymer; and then the nonwoven fabric is imidized. The non-woven fabric of imide nanofiber copolymer has properties such as high tear resistance, high porosity, high and low temperature resistance, and excellent mechanical properties, etc., and can be used in the battery membrane and condenser membrane.
