The present invention relates to a coupling of wood-based beams (2) connected by means of steel plates (3) with bilaterally pressed pins (3) with a foundation plate (1), wherein a portion of the steel plates (3) overlaps the upper edge of the wood-based beams (2) and these overlapping portions of at least two beams (2) are interconnected by the foundation plate (1). Preferably, at points of transition between the ends of the beams (2) and the foundation plate (1) the steel plates (3) are without pins. The overlapping portions of the steel plate (3) can be embedded in the foundation (1) in the mixture of a high-density concrete to create a composite wood-concrete section.
