The present invention relates to by a wind turbine modular assembly for assembling a wind turbine with a power output from a cut-in wind speed and a rated power at a rated wind speed, which wind turbine modular assembly comprising at least two of - a wind turbine tower with a lower end and an upper end configured to receive - a wind turbine nacelle configured to receive - a hub configured to transfer captured energy and configured to receive, and - a set of blades comprising at least two wind turbine rotor blades configured to at least partially pitch in a piteh angle by means of a pitching system; and each with a blade length between a mounting end and a free end, which mounting end is configured to be mounted on the hub for rotation in a rotational plane and for capturing wind energy and which sets of blades comprise a subset of - at least a first set of blades with a first aerodynamie configuration that is configured for high wind speed capture above a wind speed threshold, and - at least a seeond set of blades with a second aerodynamie configuration that is configured for low wind speed capture below a wind speed threshold.
