The present invention discloses a traditional Chinese medicine, consisting of extracts of Danshen and Sanqi, the pharmaceutical composition of which contains the aforementioned Chinese drug as an active substance, and a method for its use. The traditional Chinese medicine consists of extracts of Danshen and Sanqi in a weight ratio of (2-6) :( 0.5-2). The invention also discloses the effect of this traditional Chinese medicine and pharmaceutical composition containing this traditional Chinese medicine as an active substance in the treatment of cardiac microcirculatory disorders and myocardial damage caused by ischemia / reperfusion.
