Novelty: a machine is disclosed assisting the rotation of beams, steel hollow sections and tubes for welding and mounting purposes. Constitution: the steady base &Sgr; and the moving base K. The steady base &Sgr; comprises the support frame &Pgr;&Sgr;, the sheaves guide crown &Sgr;&Sgr;, the motion transmission gear &Ggr;&Sgr; with the adequately-perforated seating plate &Pgr;&Sgr;, the gear-supporting sheaves &Rgr;&Sgr;, the motion transmission chain A, and the brake-equipped electro-reducer H&Sgr;, while the moving base K comprises the support frame &Pgr;&Kgr;, the crown &Sgr;&Kgr; having the fasteners &Dgr;&Kgr;, and the gear-supporting sheaves &Rgr;&Kgr;. The metal construction screws on the base &Sgr; and is sufficiently tightened by the moving jaws of the base K for safe, easy and fast rotation yielding an adequate ergonomic position at the convenience of the mounting or welding operator, with no use of means demanding extra investment resources.
