Novelty: It is disclosed herein a device designed for the generation of power via submarine currents of the middle and bottom layers of the ocean. Constitution: Hydrodynamic schema, planetary systemof gears, power converter, turbine cable, water cisterns, four reels, entry for repairs, supersonic signalling device, primary electronic control system, secondary electronic control system, primary battery system, secondary battery system, electric current converter (cc-to-ac conversion) and pumps. Operation mode: The moving submarine current sets into motion the two systems of blades; the thus-produced movement is multiplied by the planetary system of gears and ends to the dynamo which converts, in turn, the kinetic energy into electric and transmits this last directly to the converter transforming the three-phase cc current into three-phase ac current which will be thereafter distributed to the batteries, in the interior of the device. Advantages: Easy low-cost maintenance since no submarine repair parties are required; long service life since the damaging forces exerted on said device are minimized; it is an environmentally friendly device since it utilizes the middle and bottom submarine currents for the production of energy while its installation does not burden the flora and fauna of the oceans; improved incessant energy production which is by far higher than that producedby a wind generator.
