MONOAXIAL LESS-THAN-TWO-METRES HIGH SUN -TRACKING SYSTEM COMPOSED OF ISOSCELES TRIANGLES - USE THEREOF FOR THE ROTATION OF PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS (HELIO-DOWN-DRIVER ISO)
Novelty: A sun-tracking system less than 2 metres in high designed for the rotation of photovoltaic panels acquiring therewith, all day through, an excellent sun-oriented inclination. Constitution:24 isosceles triangular having similar 5.5 m-sides and 60-deg angles. The connection of the 42 sides used for the formation of 24 triangles is achieved via a "Λ-like" connecting angle. The system in question can receive 106 photovoltaic panels set in arrays of 13,18,22,22,18,13. The incidence angle can change in respect to the geographical position of the region (from 25 to 35 degrees, a ideal angle for Greece). Placed on the circumference of the cycle, the astronomic drive mechanism provided is moving in respect to the space coordinates, the hour and the day as well. Error is excluded due to excellent standardization resembling that of the IKEA stores selling packed products economically mountable by the consumers themselves.
