METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR SEMI IN-SITU CONSTRUCTION OF CIVIL STRUCTURES

A system for building multi-storied reinforced cement-concrete buildings is disclosed which comprises an in-situ casted monolithic framework of columns and beams, certain precast elements including hollow core wall panels and simply supported slabs, cantilever balconies and modular bathroom pods the casting, erection and finishing of which are so planned to achieve optimal parallelization between otherwise sequential construction events thereby resulting in structurally sound construction with minimal turn around.
