摘要

A machine for the manufacture of coils for AC single-phase and three-phase electric engines, and DC field coils useful for repairing electric engines in repair shops and/or engine manufacturers. The machine includes an electronic and a mechanical part. The innovative essence of the machine falls in the aforesaid first part since it generates the whole mechanism including substantial benefits so as to achieve the purposes of the Machine and advantages over the state-of-the-art mechanisms. The instruction is entered by the operator through a touch system, the PLC controlling the logic of the mechanism starting directly by the frequency inverter, managing the rotation speed of the vector engine by controlling the supply frequency; the inverter has a high-torque start-up control generating torque even when the machine is not in motion. The vector engine is stopped in an accurate position. On the other hand, the servomotor is directly controlled by the PLC so as to achieve a uniform locati on of the magnet in each turn. The technical problems solved are the following: radically reducing the need of maintenance, increasing the motion and stop accuracy and offering the backward possibility.
