The present invention pertains to the technical field of the energy, biotechnology and design of an eco-sustainable product, which refers to an innovative and efficient process for desalinizing and treating water, by means of an advanced reverse osmosis process, using a hybrid supply system and further alternate energies. The product is developed in the field of the energy, biotechnology and design of eco-sustainable products. The desalination of brackish and sea water has been the solution for many countries that has scarce water resources. The desalinization technology requires a large intensity of energy and the cost is excessive for developing countries that have no fossil fuels. Sustainability means fulfilling the need of the present without damaging the needs of future generations, thus the desalinization requiring to be performed without using fossil fuels. The fact of efficiently using these latter elements, is not enough for obtaining the sustainability , so that it is substa ntial to develop a desalinization process that uses alternate energy sources. The present invention is intended to develop research lines that generate benefits for the company and the community, this by developing novel sustainable processes and products for the generation of alternate energies, and for treating water and applying by-products, amongst others. The invention refers to the incorporation and train of highly qualified personnel, also promoting the potential of inclusion with the development of providers formed by small and medium Mexican engineering companies for supporting the scaling and validation at industrial level of the prototypes to be developed, as well as their first innovation planes with electric and electronic systems for monitoring at distance the plants to be used in hotels, communities, industries, vessels, platforms of exploration, perforation, production and processing services, their adequate design, prototype construction, tests and validation with the incorporation of novel membrane materials for assessing the technical feasibility of the project.
