The present invention refers to a safety cap for bottles, which perfectly seals the bottle due to the pressure exerted by the threaded cap, which ensures the tamperproof and hermetic condition thereof, for closing and opening the bottles as required without losing the hermetic condition, the same comprising: i) a main cover for the cap; ii) a single thread for performing the rotation in a single direction; the initial position of the cap, will always be of 30°, the external portion of the cap having a distinctive sign related to the angle of the initial position of the cap, which enables to determine if the cap has not been previously used; iii) a sealed part of the cap, which has a packing with a convex inverted dome shape (spherical gasket), which due to the geometry thereof allows the same to be perfectly sealed, regardless of the time the cap is opened or closed, due to the pressure exerted by the threaded body of the cap without being deformed; iv) the cap has an opposite edge in the mouth of the cap for preventing the dome from moving and causing a latch mechanism.
