In general, the devices applying this type of cooling mostly use different mechanical means, the present invention being characterised in that it uses at a maximum extent the phenomenon of evaporation of the liquids by means of a cyclonic vortex, achieving a suitable air speed in the surface of the liquid drops dispersed during the sucking action performed by spray or nebulisation of a predetermined volume of liquid, in three versions: open circuit for desert or semi-desert climate, Covered Circuits with dehumidifier for humid climates, both for air conditionings in close or open stores and the Hermetic Circuit for industries, achieving the maximum performance Cooling/Energy and more ecological qualities, superior to any of those devices currently available on the market.
