The device (1) has a support (4) including a stop portion radially carried with respect to an axis. A mobile transmission assembly (7) moves in translation along a direction parallel to a reference plane. A stop system is reversibly deformed between two configurations. The system cooperates with the stop portion to define an angular stop position for the support in one configuration and the portion slides at a contact for increased forces exerted on the support till another configuration in which the stop portion escapes from the system that elastically returns to the former configuration.
