The invention relates to a sower for hoeing plants sowing and fertilizing directly in stubble and on heap, which has a frontal bar (), whereon there are mounted more sections () for working the soil, each section () comprising a vertical disk with felly () and a fluted disk (), on the frontal bar () there being provided an upper support () and some flanges () for dismountably attaching a sower () provided with boxes () for solid chemical fertilizers and with shares () for incorporating the fertilizers into the soil, as well as with boxes for seeds and disk-shares () for sowing, on the frontal bar (), between the vertical disk with felly () and the fluted disk (), there being provided a pipe profile () wherein there is mounted a support () with two slanted concave disks () which perform the stubble uncovering, when the sowing is carried out in plane field, or, after dismounting the support (), there is mounted, by means of some screws (), another support element () provided with a horizontal humped disk () which cuts the heap when sowing in uneven field.
